Passed away peacefully on October 5, 2018 at Southview Acres Nursing Home. Survived by Mary Ann, his loving wife of 68 years. Children: Len (Pat), Larry (Rosanne), Mark (Dung), Linda, Pam (Dan), Mary (Trever), John (Judy); 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Sam and Theresa; siblings, Dolores, Roger, Harvey; and granddaughter, Michaella.
Born and raised in St. Paul, Jake worked with NSP for 40 years, was a Korean War Veteran, and a Texas snowbird for 23 years.
Visitation on Wednesday, October 10, from 4-7 PM at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake.
Mass of Christian Burial at 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 11 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake. With visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
