Loving Mother, Grandma and Great-Grandma
Carol was born in West St. Paul on April 26, 1933 to Carl and Bernice Peterson. She is preceded in death by husband of 60 years, Russell "Russ" Knoblach Sr.; her sister, Yvonne King; three of her brothers, Robert Peterson, Donald "Skip" Peterson and Jerry Peterson; her son-in-law, Bill Thompson; her brothers-in-law, William "Bud" King, Louis Hermes, Richard Knoblach and Edward Knoblach; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Knoblach and Patricia Hermes.
Carol is survived by her loving children, Russ Knoblach Jr., Mike (Cindy) Knoblach, Connie Burth, Judy Thompson, Mary Louise Knoblach, Nancy (Steve) Davis; her grandchildren, Rosela Moseng, Jody (Chris) Marchand, Becky (Kevin) Morency, Sarah Thompson, Jamie Thompson, Ashley Burth, Nick Burth, Brian (Wendy) Davis, Kim Davis, and Jordan Davis; Great-grandchildren, Isaac Marchand, Ian Marchand, Natalie Morency, Charlie Morency, Hannah Morency, Zach Morency, Benjamin Morency, Maia Morency, Isabella Morency, Patrick Lauer, Tony Lauer, Madelyn Davis, Aliyana Davis, Jace Davis; her sisters-in-law, Karen, Judee and Julie; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Carol was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church. She loved to spend time with her husband and children at their cabin on Pelican Lake in the City of Breezy Point. She loved watching wild life and going out to dinner with family. Carol and Russ spent their free time traveling.
Catholic Funeral Service 11AM on Saturday, September 7th at Mueller Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation 4-8PM on Friday, September 6th and also 1 hour prior to the funeral at the funeral home.
