Obituary for DonDe Jerome Buckholtz
DonDe Jerome Buckholtz
Passed away on August 9, 2018, at the age of 80.
A native of St. Paul and longtime East-Sider, DonDe joined the Marine Corps as a young man. Upon his release, he started his career at American Hoist and Derrick.
DonDe was an active hunter, a longtime member of the Chilakoot Bowhunters, and an avid member of the Marine Corps League. He enjoyed photography, carpentry, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded by his wife Gerrie and survived by his daughters Sherrie (Herb) and Sandy (Pete), 4 grandchildren Nicole, Brandi, Rob and Mandy, two great-grandchildren Joe and Mikayla, and many loyal friends.
Weird Beard and Martha are back together again.
A Celebration of DonDe’s life will be held at 4:00pm-9:00pm on Friday, August 17, at the Moose Lodge , 1964 English St, St. Paul, Minnesota
