Born February 6, 1924, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother & sister. Peacefully slipped into the arms of our Lord on October 6, 2018. Ellen went home to meet her beloved husband, LeRoy, 2 daughters, Cecelia & Susan, grandson Scott and great granddaughter Serenity. Ellen is also preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers, 5 sisters and dear friend Irv Jensen. Ellen is survived by children, Kathleen (Dennis) Wallace, Rose (David) Holmberg, Elaine (Michael) Constant, Joseph Marek, Patricia (Thomas) Pavlick, Cynthia Marek, Teresa (Robert) Nienow, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, and loved as her son, Greg Jensen also by 2 brothers Jim & John Nelson. Mass at Transfiguration Catholic Church, 6133 15th St. N., Oakdale, MN 55128 on Thursday, October 11th at 11 am. Visitation will be two hours prior to Mass. Luncheon to follow Mass. Interment at Fort Snelling Cemetery on Friday October 12th at 11 am. Memorials to: Alzheimer’s Association or Transfiguration Church.
