Obituary for Ernest William McHale
McHale, Ernest W. “Ernie”, born Mar. 10, 1932 died on Nov. 18, 2021. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Patti (Last); daughter, Amy (Dylan) Danich; grandsons, Evan and Ryan; siblings, Delores (John) Pakulski, Sharyn (Ger) Hanggi, Jeanne Borgerding, Kenneth (Candy) McHale; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Michael, PhD.; and parents, Rufus and Mary McHale. Ernie lived his full life in the love, laughter, and closeness of family and many friends. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had many years of contribution in sales and marketing in the transportation industry. He was a proud member of the Keller and North Oaks golf courses. He always was positive and very giving throughout his life. Private family mass held. A public celebration of life will take place at a later date. Memorials preferred to Vision Loss Resources, American Diabetes Association, Evans Scholars Foundation, or to donors’ choice.
