Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 8, 2018, surrounded by family. Survived by siblings Nildaflor Daniel Panganiban, Marilou Convenido Daniel, Art C. Daniel Jr. (Jacqueline); niece Leah Panganiban Eaves (Danny) and their children Jaydin P. and Amira P. Eaves; nephew Rino D. Panganiban and his daughter Kaleasha L. Panganiban; and family, relatives and many friends in the Philippines. Etch retired after 30 years with Travelers Insurance (The St. Paul Companies). She was a member of Phil-Minn Assoc. and CSFA. Funeral Service Saturday (9/15) at 1:00 pm with visitation starting at 11 am at Mueller Memorial, 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, MN 55106.
