Condolence From: Katie Groh de Aviña
Condolence: My deepest condolences to Greg’s family. We were blessed to have him in our lives, he and my dad came on the department together, I can remember him calling and checking up on me when my dad worked nights and I was home alone! He always made me laugh! Rest In Peace Greg! I’m glad we got to spend s little time with you this past summer! You will be missed!

Condolence From: Guy & Rosemary Peterson
Condolence: Dearest Daughters of Greg and Siblings of Greg, Guy and I are deeply saddened by the loss of your father and dear brother. When we moved to Lake Elmo in 2016, Guy and I adored seeing Greg around town in Woodbury, especially at his favorite coffee shops. We usually found him with a book, a newspaper or engaged in social media on his phone. He loved sharing stories about his family and told us as he aged, he appreciated his family and extended family members more and more. He liked to share photos of his daughters and kept us up to date about his latest cooking efforts. Greg was a quiet, gentle and good man. He was dearly loved by his family and friends. We share your loss and our hearts ache with yours. Keeping you close in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Cousin Rosemary & Guy

Condolence: My brother Dave Clemens was a St. Paul police officer. We played a lot of softball with Greg. I have so many wonderful memories of Greg. We always were laughing when we got together. He was such a character. Unfortunately I hadn’t seen Greg in a few years, I will miss him.
