Food insecurity impacts many children, adults, Seniors - especially in these unexpected times. With this in mind, we suggest the following in memory of Jim: If you are in the Twin Cities area, please consider a donation to Second Harvest Heartland. https://www.2harvest.org/ If not, please consider a donation to a food bank in your area.

Jim loved to share his passion for cooking with others - from his days in Anchorage when he would cook for Grace, and the kids in the neighborhood, to culinary school and to family gatherings later on. He would never want anyone to go hungry due to food insecurity.
