It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the peaceful passing of Phillip F. Rivard, 91, of Oakdale, who passed on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Preceded in death by previous wife, Joy; and son, Greg. Survived by wife, Shirley; 5 children; Shirley’s 3 children; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A service will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in the spring. Family wishes to extend a special thank you to the caretakers at Cerenity in White Bear Lake and Health Partners Hospice.
