Sam J. Tratechaud, 44, of White Bear Lake passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 22, 2020. He was preceded in death by grandparents Walter J. and Alta Moe. He is survived by mother, Shirley Tratechaud of Superior, WI; brother, Peter Tratechaud (Shona) of West Allis, WI; and father, Edward Tratechaud of Wascott, WI.

He grew up in Superior, WI and graduated from Superior High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University. He worked in St. Louis then moved to White Bear Lake to work for Guidant which eventually became Boston Scientific. He was an avid reader. He participated in many astronomy clubs throughout the cities. He always had an interest for aviation and enjoyed trap shooting. He was an active member in the online PC gaming community.

A visitation will be held from 4 pm to 6 pm on Friday, July 31, 2020 at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN. To uphold safety guidelines, face coverings are required. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
