Age 80

Passed away at home surrounded by family on Saturday January 19th. She was born December 14, 1938, the 3rd of nine children, to Robert C. and Idell Groves in Columbia, South Carolina. The family moved to Kingsport, Tennessee and eventually to Tampa, Florida.

On January 5, 1963 she married Harold "Ted" Ready in St. Paul, Minnesota. Sarah loved gardening, reading, playing bingo and crocheting. She had a green thumb and could make anything grow!

Preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years and brothers, Al and Roy.

Loving mother of Lisa Mayo, Julie Fobaire and Patrick (Chrissy) Ready. Cherished Grandmother of Ben, Mitchell, Derek, Taylor, Sophia, Alexis and Shane. Survived by sisters, Bertha and Hazel; brothers, Robert C. Jr, John Thomas "Tommy", David and Harry Wayne.

Funeral Service 11AM on Friday, January 25th at Mueller Memorial, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in St. Paul, MN.
