Shelby Delane Ashford Sr. passed away on July 31, 2021. Shelby was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on June 18, 1972, to a beautiful Sharon Ashford, and Reginal Lee. Shelby is preceded in death by his loving mother Sharon Ashford, father Reginal Lee, and beautiful sister Kenyatta Ashford. Shelby is survived by his wife Erica Ashford, six beautiful children Ke-Osha Ashford, Bailey Nevels, Shelby Ashford Jr., Xavier Perkins, Samone Ashford, Keyon Ashford, beautiful granddaughter Calliyah Rose Jones, and loving siblings Sheryl, Shawn, Kevin, and Kelly Ashford. Shelby is also survived by an abundance of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins as well.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Mueller Memorial- 835 Johnson Parkway, St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service. Interment to follow at Elmhurst Cemetery. For those who can not join us for the service in person, a zoom link is posted below for you to join us virtually.
