Xia Cha (Charles) Yang

Born on February 20 ,1973 in Laos to Sua Thao Yang and Chong Yee Yang.
He is survived by his beautiful wife Shoua, his precious children, daughters Lyly, Pa Choua, Rose, and his son Leland. He had 14 siblings in total, four brothers and five sisters and two half brothers and three half sisters.
Charles’ brothers are Tha Ying, Xiong Sha, Safe (deceased) and Huseng. His sisters are May Chee,
May True, Ma Lee (deceased), Pam and Gina.
Charles’ half brothers are Phia (deceased) and Xu Pheng. His half sisters are Shoua, Pa Tao and Pa Houa.
Charles passed away on February 6, 2019 at the
age of 45 and will be missed by all.
