Carol Louise Hermann passed into the arms of her father on April 20, 2019 at the age of 67. She is to be privately cremated. Her sons are planning a celebration of her life for all friends and family; to be announced in the coming week. Please check back here for details, or connect with Lisa Timp or Andy and Carrie Timp via Facebook or by telephone. You can also leave a condolence message here; and we will be sure to include you in our invites. We will send out invites to everyone as soon as possible.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Shirley Hermann (Greutzman); Alfred in 1977, and Shirley in 1994. She is survived by her loving sons Colin (Lisa) and Andrew (Carrie) Timp, her adoring grandchildren Dalton, Miles, Natalie and Noah, by her brothers John (Lee) and Gary (Mary Jo) Hermann, and her nieces and nephews.

Carol was born on May 29, 1951 at Midway hospital in St. Paul; weighing 7lbs. 7oz. She attended St. Paul Central High School; graduate of the class of 1969. She attended vocational school, studying graphic arts. She spent the vast majority of her career working for H.M. Smyth Co. as a graphic artist.

Carol grew up with a love for fishing, which she shared with her father. She loved being on and around the water. Whether it was out on a boat, or sunning on the shore, she loved every minute of it. She loved the casino, taking trips with family and friends to local casinos and to Las Vegas. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Please join us to celebrate Carol Hermann's life on Sunday, May 19 from Noon - 4pm at the Vadnais Heights Country Inn & Suites, 3505 Vadnais Center Dr, St Paul, MN 55110. We will be using a conference room and will have signs posted. A light lunch will be served as we gather to share stories, some of our favorite memories, to laugh and cry and remember a wonderful woman who is greatly missed. RSVP is appreciated but not required by May 12 by Facebook messenger or send email to: lisamarietimp@yahoo.com
